Make the right choice and you’re ‘‘It’’

Begin to familiarize yourself with all the names of the people in your group. It can be challenging, but this will be a fun and unique way to solidify names in your brain!

Participants use their bodies to form each letter in the word “coconut” so they get a quick and easy full body stretch. This goes great before or after a sedentary activity to incorporate movement and reengage participants.

This activity helps groups to learn each other’s names while also having to remember the items that everyone would bring on an imaginary trip.
